A retired Wall Street executive, hedge fund manager and programmer, with formal training in mathematics, computer science, and finance. He writes serious essays under his own name (BrookeAllen.com/publications) and he writes and performs less serious stuff under his anagramatic pen-name Len Bakerloo (LenBakerloo.com). He also has had a show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival under that name. He puts ideas into words and code, and sometimes into action. His purpose: is to act so as to earn the gratitude of generations as yet unborn and his creed is to care.
