Zbigniew (Zibi) Marzec – pastor, youth worker, entrepreneur, actively involved in the local community. 1997-2000 developed and was one of the leaders of the program for disadvantaged youth in the poverty stricken areas of Gdańsk. 2000-2004 sent multiple groups of volunteers to former Soviet countries to work with children and young people. Since 1997 is involved in the programs helping in the transformation of the local communities in Poland and since 2014 as a CEO of Metamorphic Europe also in other European countries.

Magdalena Marzec (born September 6th 1977) – graduated from Technical University in Częstochowa as an engineer majoring in quality and production management. 1998 – 2002 youth worker. Since 2000 involved in programs helping in the transformation of the local communities in Poland. In 2012 with a group of friends started a charity Stowarzyszenie Daleko Więcej of which she is a president since 2014.

Zibi and Magda have been married since 2003 and have two sons, Bartek (10) and Filip (7). In 2009 they moved to Kraków to start ‘Church for city of Krakow” and serve the local community.
